Aurélie Urvois | Counsel

Aurélie is a French lawyer focusing on tax law. She advises companies, managers, international investors and families in all their tax issues. A major part of her activity is dedicated to providing assistance with tax audits, both in the pre-litigation phase (management of tax audits, response to requests from the French tax authorities and notices of reassessment, tax searches, etc.) and in the litigation phase (administrative and judicial litigation). In this context, she provides assistance both to private clients, French residents or non-French residents, subject to reassessments to personal income tax, wealth tax, gift/inheritance tax, etc., and to companies subject to reassessments to corporate income tax, CVAE, etc. Aurélie is also frequently involved in wealth tax issues, particularly in a cross-border context, (assistance with leaving or arriving in France, international donation/inheritance, etc.). Aurélie has developed a recognized sectoral expertise in energy (photovoltaic) and insurance sector. Academic and professional background Aurélie graduated from the University of Paris II-Assas (Master Degree in Business Law – 2014 ; Master Degree in International tax law in partnership with HEC – 2015) Aurélie Urvois has been working in Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin since 2016. In 2017, she has been seconded for several months in the tax department of a leading New York firm, Seward & Kissel LLP. Before joining Cazals Manzo Pichot Saint Quentin, she completed internship in French law firms.
